10TV, Columbus Dispatch: OhioHealth Physician Weighs in on New Mammography Guidelines

Dr. Mark Cripe, OhioHealth Breast Cancer Surgeon, speaks to 10TV's Tracy Townsend about the new mammography guidelines Today, the United States Preventive Services Task Force released their final guidelines on mammography, saying that women of average breast cancer risk can start screening at age 50 and continue every other year until age 74. These guidelines differ from OhioHealth’s recommendation of age 40.

Breast cancer surgeon Dr. Mark Cripe from Grant Medical Center and Doctors Hospital, was interviewed by both 10TV and the Columbus Dispatch on this topic.
