ABC 6: Kids develop skills in the kitchen that last a lifetime

Conner and Carter Bjornson are 11 and 15 years old, respectively. Their young age, however, doesn't stop them from being masters in the kitchen. The boys are in charge of an entire week of meal-prepping twice a year, giving their parents a little break from the kitchen. Jenalee Richner, an OhioHealth dietitian, explains that cooking at home helps children make better food choices later on and it is a great way for the family to spend some time together. The boys' parents are there every step of the way giving them advice to develop their skills.
