OhioHealth Named to Fortune’s List of "100 Best Companies to Work For" for 13th Consecutive Year

OhioHealth announced today it has been named one of the 2019 FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For, according to global research and consulting firm Great Place to Work and FORTUNE.

“We are particularly proud of this honor,” said Johnni Beckel, senior vice president and Chief Human Resources Officer for OhioHealth, “because this recognition is based mainly on what our associates say in a survey about our workplace and culture. This recognition is based on survey feedback representing more than 4.3 million employees, with respondents rating their workplace culture on 60-plus elements of the workplace. These include trust in managers, compensation, fairness, camaraderie and workplace traits linked to innovation. The ranking accounted for the experiences of all employees including women, people of color, LGBT individuals, older team members, and disabled employees.
