Richland Source: New Withdrawal and Treatment Center Celebrated

The OhioHealth Foundation contributed $20,000 to a $2.25 million project for a 16-bed facility for patients struggling with alcohol and drug addiction. The substance abuse withdrawal management facility of New Beginnings in Mansfield is the first of its kind in Richland County.

“This has very much been a community endeavor. We’ve gone through so many iterations of trying to bring this type of project forward,” said Richland County Mental Health and Recovery Services Board executive director, Joe Trolian in an interview with Richland Source.
