Columbus Dispatch: FDA plan to oversee e-cigarette sales may halt boom

This week, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced that it would regulate the sale of e-cigarettes. Companies who make e-cigarettes, cigars and hookah will have to register with the FDA and will no longer be allowed to give out free samples.  In addition, people must be at least 18 years old to purchase them.

Kim Hehman, director of cancer and pulmonology services at OhioHealth Doctors Hospital was interviewed by the Columbus Dispatch on this regulation.  You can read the article by clicking on the Dispatch logo.
