$25 Health Awareness Profiles Available October 18 to 20, 2018

Trust OhioHealth to help you manage your health. This low cost screening is available through OhioHealth Marion General Hospital without a physician prescription or order. The process is quick and easy, and provides personal results for 27 blood tests. It’s important to know these results and discuss them with your doctor.

Health Awareness Profile tests include:

Cholesterol
Triglycerides
HDL, LDL, VLDL
Glucose
Creatinine
White blood count
Sodium
Potassium
Chloride
Carbon dioxide
AST, ALT, GGT
Total bilirubin
Total protein
Albumin
Calcium
Alkaline phosphatase
BUN (blood urea nitrogen)
Iron
Red blood count
Hemoglobin/hematocrit
Mean cell volume
Mean cell hemoglobin concentration

For an additional charge, the following tests will also be offered:

$15 TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone
$15 Hemoglobin A1C

Prior to you blood test

An 8 to 10 hour fast is necessary for accurate results. No eating, chewing gum or candy
Drink moderate amounts of water
Take your medications as directed with moderate amounts of water

Only cash or check payments will be accepted. No credit cards.

Blood pressure screenings will be available.
