OhioHealth Marion Offering Tobacco Cessation Classes

OhioHealth Marion General Hospital is offering Tobacco Cessation Classes to help those who are determined to quit tobacco.

Participants will learn a positive approach to becoming a non-tobacco user, strategies to recover from tobacco addiction, the barriers to tobacco cessation, the health benefits of choosing a tobacco-free lifestyle, nicotine-replacement options, motivational exercise and techniques for stress management.

You can sign up for FREE for the six-week Tobacco Cessation program so that you too can say “I QUIT!” The program will be held at Marion General Hospital, 1000 McKinley Park Drive, Marion, OH 43302 at 5:30 p.m. on the following dates and sessions:

+ Session One: January 9 to February 13 (Wednesday)

+ Session Two: March 21 to April 25

+ Session Three: August 8 to September 12

+ Session Four: October 10 to November 14
