OhioHealth Offering Free Skin Cancer Screenings in Marion

OhioHealth is taking a stand against skin cancer by offering free skin cancer screenings to the Marion community. With melanoma ranking as the fifth most common cancer for men and the seventh most common cancer for women, early detection is crucial.

Screenings are being offered on Thursday, October 5, 2023, from 6 to 7 p.m. at OhioHealth Marion Cancer Center, 1000 McKinley Park Drive, Marion. The Marion Cancer Center is attached to OhioHealth Marion General Hospital. The Cancer Center has its own separate entrance.

This skin cancer screening includes a visual inspection of your skin by a licensed dermatologist. No blood work is conducted at the screening.
