OhioHealth Sexual Assault Response Network of Central Ohio (SARNCO) to Host Documentary Screening
WHAT: The OhioHealth Sexual Assault Response Network of Central Ohio (SARNCO) will be hosting a screening of the documentary Intentionally Erased followed by a community discussion. Intentionally Erased is a documentary film from A Call to Men - an organization that has mobilized thousands of men and male-identifying individuals to become allies to women and girls around the world. The film spotlights Black trans women in conversation with Black cisgender (those whose gender identity corresponds with the sex they were identified as having at birth) men in a series of honest, heart-wrenching interactions that uplift the experiences, challenges and humanity of Black trans women in the U.S.
This event is free to attend; however, all attendees must register in advance by Friday, May 17.
Following the screening of the 59-minute documentary, a conversation will be held between panelists and audience members. The panelists will include:
