Our Values: Dave Blom Message to OhioHealth Associates

As a response to the events in Charlottesville, Virginia, last week and to the increasing divisiveness we are seeing across our nation, Dave Blom, president and CEO of OhioHealth, shared this video message yesterday with the entire OhioHealth family about our commitment to diversity and inclusion.

As the fourth largest employer in central Ohio (29,000 associates, physicians and volunteers, system- wide,) and as the largest provider of healthcare in central Ohio, he felt it was important to reach out to our staff, our patients and our community, now more than ever, to reinforce, unequivocally, OhioHealth’s cardinal value of honoring and respecting the dignity and worth of each person.
